Questions, answered

Everything people ask before they book. If yours isn't here, call us on (305) 767-3460 — a real person picks up.

Booking

Fill in the booking form with your dates, group size and what you'd like to do. One of our agents checks live availability with the operators and comes back to you with a confirmed price, usually within minutes. Nothing is charged until you've agreed the details.

No. We hold your date while we check availability without taking any payment. Once you approve the price and details, we'll send you a secure payment link to confirm the booking.

In high season (January to April) we'd suggest two to three weeks for charters and sunset cruises, as the good boats go first. Outside peak season, a few days is usually plenty — and we can often fill same-day requests.

Yes. We regularly arrange bachelorette parties, family reunions, birthdays and corporate days. Sand bar trips and private charters work especially well for groups. Tell us your headcount and we'll size the boat to fit.

Cancellations & weather

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Inside 24 hours, the operator's own policy applies — we'll always tell you what that is before you pay.

If conditions mean your trip can't run safely, we reschedule you to another day at no cost. You're never charged for a weather cancellation, and we won't put you on the water in conditions a captain considers unsafe.

The captain. They know the local waters and make the call on safety. Wind direction matters more than wind speed here — a brisk offshore breeze can leave the backcountry flat while the reef is choppy.

Yes, subject to availability with the operator. Contact us as early as you can and we'll move the date or the activity for you.

On the day

Reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap, a hat, a towel and a dry bag for your phone. Boat trips generally include gear, bait, licences, ice and cooler space — check the page for your specific activity for the exact list.

No. Snorkeling, reef fishing, sand bar trips and jet ski rides are all guided and suitable for first-timers. Your captain or guide briefs you before you set off.

It varies by activity. Jet ski drivers must be 16 or over (younger riders can ride as passengers), and reef fishing trips are generally fine for children aged six and up. Tell us your group's ages and we'll match you to something suitable.

Most trips depart from the Historic Seaport or a marina nearby, and we'll send you the exact dock and a contact number before your trip. Golf cart and jeep rentals are delivered to wherever you're staying.

Call us on (305) 767-3460 as soon as you know. Boats can only hold a departure for so long before they need to leave for the next trip, so the earlier you call the better we can help.

Payment & policies

We'll send you a secure payment link once your booking is confirmed. You never enter card details into this website.

No. The price we quote includes fuel, dock fees, gear, bait and licences where they apply. Tips for captains and mates are at your discretion and never required.

Not online at the moment — but get in touch and we can usually arrange one for a specific activity or date.
