Find Key West is a booking service based in Key West, Florida. We arrange excursions, rentals and experiences on behalf of independent local operators — boat captains, rental companies and licensed guides.

When you book through us, you are entering into an agreement with both Find Key West (for the booking service) and the relevant operator (for the activity itself). These terms cover our part of that arrangement.

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a confirmed booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed availability with the operator and you have received written confirmation from us.

We will always set out the total price, the date and time, the meeting point and any operator-specific conditions before asking you to pay. Prices shown on this website are starting prices and may vary by date, group size and season.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. By booking, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to book on behalf of everyone in your party.

No payment is taken at the time of enquiry, and no deposit is required to hold a date while we check availability.

Once you approve the details, we will send you a secure payment link. Payment must be completed to confirm the booking. We never ask for card details over this website or by email.

Prices include fuel, dock fees, equipment, bait and licences where these normally apply to the activity. Gratuities for captains and crew are at your discretion and are not included.

You may cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure or rental start time, subject to availability.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to arrive at the agreed time and place, the operator's own cancellation policy applies. That policy may mean no refund is available, and we will always tell you what it says before you pay.

We may need to change or cancel your booking due to weather, mechanical failure, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Where this happens, we will offer you an alternative date, an alternative activity of equivalent value, or a full refund.

All water-based activities are subject to weather and sea conditions. The decision on whether it is safe to operate rests with the operator's captain or guide, and that decision is final.

You are not charged for a cancellation made by the operator on safety or weather grounds. We will contact you as early as we can to rearrange.

Where a trip proceeds in conditions you personally find uncomfortable, but which the captain judges safe, the trip is treated as having gone ahead and no refund is due. If you are unsure about sea sickness or conditions, please speak to us before booking.

You must follow all instructions given by the operator, captain or guide, and comply with all applicable laws and safety requirements — including wearing life jackets where required and observing age or licensing restrictions.

Certain activities carry inherent risk. Some operators require participants to sign their own liability waiver before departure. You may be refused participation, without refund, if you are intoxicated, behaving in a way that endangers others, or if the operator judges it unsafe for you to take part.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find Key West is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent operators, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Age, licence and experience requirements vary by activity and are set by the operator. These are shown on the relevant activity page and confirmed at the time of booking.

It is your responsibility to check that everyone in your party meets those requirements, and to tell us if any member of your group has a medical condition, disability or requirement the operator should know about.

For rentals — including golf carts and Jeeps — you are responsible for the vehicle from the moment it is handed over until it is collected. A valid driving licence and a security deposit may be required by the rental operator, and damage or traffic fines incurred during your rental are your responsibility.

Find Key West is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings during any activity.

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but availability, pricing and activity details can change. Where there is a conflict between this website and your written booking confirmation, the confirmation takes precedence.

Photographs on this website are illustrative of the type of experience offered. Individual boats, vehicles, routes and wildlife sightings will vary.

If something goes wrong, tell the operator at the time so they have the opportunity to put it right, and then contact us as soon as possible afterwards. We take complaints seriously and will investigate with the operator on your behalf.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
